Dear Colleagues,
It is indeed my great pleasure and honour to welcome you all for the 21st Advanced Neuroradiology Course and the 6th Interventional Neuroradiology (INR) Workshop, conducted by the National Neuroscience Institute, Singapore.
Bolstered by popular demand, we are back to hosting our annual course in-person as well as the hands-on INR Workshop from October 5-7, 2022. However, given the ongoing challenges and uncertainties with the pandemic, we will be holding this year’s edition as a hybrid event with both attendees and speakers being able to choose their preferred educational environment: in-person in Singapore OR virtual.
This comprehensive annual programme is part of our institute’s commitment to continuously provide quality Neuroradiology education in South-East Asia and beyond. We aim to deliver both recent updates and latest innovations as well as refresh the fundamental knowledge in diagnostic and interventional neuroradiology, for clinical applications. The INR Workshop combines didactic lectures and hands-on sessions on several neurovascular pathologies and their treatment. The Radiology Review Session aims to expose the trainee radiologists with image-rich and high-yield cases.
With this philosophy in mind, we have gathered a faculty of several distinguished speakers, locally and from all around the world to create an appealing programme that will be of interest to both Neuroradiologists-in-training and for continuing education purposes. The carefully curated talks are delivered in the form of didactic lectures on various topics on the adult cranio-spinal axis imaging, paediatric neuroimaging, head-and-neck imaging and advanced imaging techniques with special emphasis on vascular imaging. There are also exciting lectures on the future of neuroradiology including computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and Robotics in Neurointervention.
So, please join us virtually or come and meet with your friends and colleagues to be enlightened on the latest updates from world-renowned international faculty as well as take part in lively discussions sharing your experience with others. We hope this workshop will be of immense value for all the medical personnel, managing cranio-spinal disease and will have an immediate impact on your practice.
For the participants attending in-person, the course venue is in the heart of Singapore, next to metro train station, many hotels, malls and restaurants. We hope you all enjoy the course and have a good time here in Singapore or from the comfort of your home!
